I would like to open a small business in Milwaukee,WI and I have save enough to get started but I don't know..?
what my first step should be. For example, I would like to open an adult bookstore, what do I need to do first.What do I research first and second and third. I would also like to open a club, what is the first step to achieving that......

Hi. I feel your first step would be to see if there are any other adult bookstores or clubs in your area and try to find out if they are doing well business-wise. The main thing in business is the simple rule of supply and demand, if demand is there then great, if not then it is a sign of possible failure. Another rule is location. If the demand is there and the location is bad, that could lead to failure as well. If all the above looks promising after your research, then you would need to find an adult book wholesaler/distributor prior to doing anything else, just to give you an idea of pricing. Check another their site offering on-line rental and selling solutions. If you look at their history and portfolio you will see that they have provided a lot of solutions for companies renting and selling adult stuff: www ... (history and references) www ...
