Can you recommend a good secured credit card?
Something with low annual fees (if any) and someone the reports to the three major credit bureaus each month.

Bank of America offers a credit builder card. Min deposit/credit line is 300.00. 29.00 annual fee and a 14%APR Orchard bank AKA HSBC also offer secured cards ans so does CitiCard

You could get this from your local bank. They should be able to offer you a secured credit card.

there are a few out there but I would have to say that applied Bank has the best one, check out www.fastcreditcardapprovals.com under secured cards
