Does anybody know how to purchase a home in Ryland Lakes Country Club in Covington, Kentucky?
I know the land is privately owned, so it never goes on the real estate market. I've tried searching everywhere and can't find any information on how to purchase property here. Thanks

If you have an address you will be able to find the owner through either the County Property Appraiser's office or the Tax Collector. If you find a contact person or owner and can not reach them by phone, send a letter and let the owners know of your interest. If the address is in an area that is eligible for USDA financing, you'll be able to purchase with no money down and no mortgage insurance. You'll need to qualify income wise.
