where to find my mtcn number?
i have just signed up to western union because i needed to transfer money. but, i don't know where to find my money transfer control number. PLEASE HELP!!, thankyou. (:

it is on the receipt when you ACTUALLY transfer money each transaction has a different MCTN # - if you haven't sent any money yet, you won;t get a # - you aren"t sending money to another on an internet scam are you? if yes, you may as well save the Western Union fee and just burn the money

First answer correct. It is the number of the actual transfer; different each time. You do need to be careful who you send to with this service. Only people you know, or trust; as fraudsters also like to be paid this way, because they can collect a transfer, and disappear without trace.
