Am I eligible for a subsidized apartment?(10 pts best answer)?
I'm an 18 yr old female with a part time job making very little, i have no kids as of now and once I graduate this year I'm going to a community college which i will pay for with grants, scholarships etc. And also what is the wait time?

No, you will not qualify. Even those that do not require dependents you have to work full time. You are low income because you want to be low income, 100% your choice. You need to support yourself in the matter you are willing to work for,
