Renting a room in plymouth MA reasonable prices?
Now i have seen apartments avaliable for 900 a month an apartment is your own private space with a bathroom living room dining room bedroom usually. I am finding peopel are putting up rentals for just a room as 400+ with i think is CRAZY! am I wrong in thinking a room just a simple bedroom should cost 200-250?

The going rate has been $400 a month for many years. It is expensive to live in Plymouth. Mortgage payments of $2,500 a month are common. But you are right that the economy might make people more anxious to have $250 rather than let a bedroom sit empty. You are going to have to offer babysitting or petsitting in return for the reduced rent. Then you might be able to live for free..
