Question
Where can I get an extra tall (24") computer chair?
I have custom built a desk for my home recording studio and it is pretty high for specific reasons. But I find it impossible to find a chair in proportion to the desk. I have a stool now the sits 24" tall and it is the perfect height but I NEED a back rest. I'm in pain while I'm typing this. All the chairs I've seen are like 17"-22" ANy idea? Thanks.

Visit a Stool and Dinette store (that is not the name of the store). They have hundreds of stools with backs. You will find one. The only ones at the office supply stores are 'regular" size. Visit some furniture stores. They have catalogs where you can order exactly what you want..

wow thats a tall desk maybe get an old chair cut the back rest off and super glue it onto the high chair and if you want put a pillow or two on it

Staples! If you go to Staples.com and search for "Drafting Chair" you will find several different stools with backrests that are height adjustable and range in seat height from 21" 31". They cost about $150, a few options more expensive, some less. I think they are just what you need.
