Question
What is a Small Business's greatest fear?
Is it losing customers? Losing a building? Do you think a lot of small business owners worry about losing critical computer data like customer information, orders, proposals, drawings, etc.? If a small business could save money and enjoy peace-of-mind just knowing the digital data they rely on is safely and securely backed up through continuous online backup solution would they do it? www.skadoit.com

Actually, their greatest fear would be to lose customers due to other big box retailers. For example, a small book store would have to compete with Big Stores such as Indigo and Chapters. They have a hard time attracting people because their items are usually not as cheap. However, to stay on top, they do have the advantage of specializing on things that Big store can't. They could have more of the private selection of books and create other pros for their customers to lure them away from these Big Giants.

This is a great point; I don’t think it is just about loosing the data! But you’re right; having a back up system is very important. I have heard a lot of people say that they like to use Mozy to back up there files. I looked at there web page, www ... and it looks really good, reliable and cost effective!
