Question
Paypal help on issue.?
I have been selling on ebay and buying. This doesn't concern ebay but paypal only. This is the story. I bought an item from a website of computers that I have been there for a while. You can sell and buy there I saw a deal of someone I had to buy it. I ended up buying it from the person we agreed on msn and the deal went on. Two days pass the guy didn't ship it and someone told me in the forums if the notebook was sold I told him yes i bought it so at that point i filed a dispute. The next thing is we were waiting for a dispute the guy didnt get on msn no more and I haven't heard. Today the dispute ended and he had no money on paypal. The next thing paypal said is he can't use the account which i founded that stupid I couldn't believe that paypal would only freeze his account I told them the guy can open another account with a new bank account they said it would be hard I am not dumb. So what i want to ask is anyone ever experienced this? I talked to an agent of paypal they told me what I can do is talk to the police and court system. I also wanted to try to contact my bank of American bank and see if they can do anything (paid with savings debit card sucks i didnt do it with credit card). Anyone know if first of all they charge if I do this by court or police? Also is there something paypal can really do I mean they should go in to his bank account get authorization first about this. I mean Paypal takes fees for a reason I don't get the reason why paypal is for if they don't do shit. Any feedback or websites appreciated best answer 10 points.

Unfortunately, PayPal Buyer Protection only applies to eBay purchases. File a police report. [Quote] c.How much coverage do I get with PayPal Buyer Protection? If you see the eBay.com buyer protection message "Pay with PayPal and you’re covered", and if PayPal finds in your favor on your Claim, PayPal will reimburse you for the full purchase price of the item and original shipping costs – with no cap on coverage.
