Well, there is a business centre at 12-14 Cathedral Walk, St David Centre, Cardiff CF10 2DS. But a word to the wise: If you are planning on finding out where someone works in order to "surprise" them, I wouldn't do it this way. It's much much better to just ask the person for more details about their lives and give them the opportunity to either give you them or keep them private. It could be taken the wrong way otherwise.
