Find out what is stopping the loan process if it is the individual who simply does not know how to do it ask to use someone else. . If there is factors that is preventing it credit , employment, etc. Get that paperwork situated and then apply.

Find another lender....if you have your DD214 there shouldn't be a problem finding a lender to process your loan. Call your local VA help center. Even with a VA loan you still must qualify with a decent FICO score, enough income to make the payments and that you can pay the bills you already have. The big advantage of a VA loan is that you can get a house with little or no money down.
