Checklist of Buying a new House from rental in Australia?

I currently am under the progress of purchasing a townhouse as I got fed up of renting and sitting duck. So far I have made a checklist of what am I supposed to do... but so far im not so sure if I have a few things missing. Home Loan pre-approval and Holding Deposit is already done so the home is already taken off the market. This is the list I have done so far (This info I have to send to my Mortgage advisor to get the ball rolling) *Fax Holding Deposit Payment + other forms of relevance *Fax Pre-Approval Notice (These things I have to do on my own) *Acquire Conveyancer *Loan Release *Acquire Solicitor *Complete Government Grant Form *Full Payment of Property to owner *Life Savings Back Up *Removalist *Move in *Report any other repairs needed from construction *Repair of any removed or damaged items in rented property *Cancellation of lease *Return of bond + keys *Water Connection *Council Rates *Strata Information & Payment *Phone Connection Transfer *Gas Connection Activation *Electricity Connection transfer *Internet Connection transfer *Mail details transfer So far this is my list and I have to put more on it within the next fortnight to make things easier, parents (who claim to be experienced), real estate agents and mortgage advisers seem to give similar advice but tend to differ in other categories. Any advice? or did I have any things on the list in the wrong order?
