Question

Can u give me some feedback on this website?

My boss asked me to create a website for the engineering firm I work for. I used the yahoo sitebuilder 2.6 because it was free. Can you look at it and give me some feedback? Does it look professional? Can you tell that someone with no web experience created it? the address is www.palma-engineers.com Thanks guys. My boss just doesn't want to pay a lot for something that can be done in house. Do you think its good enough or would it be better to bite the bullet and hire a professional?

To be honest, it looks ok for a Yahoo site, however there is so much more you can do with it. Congratulations anyway, it seems you really put a lot of effort into it. You may want to look into Joomla, or Wordpress (its more than just a blog) to build a more professional and modern looking site.. Have you also considered any marketing strategy? A site is only as good as the visitors it gets... I don't want to sound like a spammers but if you need help with joomla, wordpress or seo you can contact me samuel.morhaim@gmail.com and I'll be glad to help you

It could look better. Just a small detail, the space between the top row of buttons seems a little awkward. Other than that excellent!

Honestly......I don't like it. I have designed many website, which for reasons i cannot mentioned. It's all over the place. Nowadays, websites are becoming more and more common. So the quality is getting better and better. I would say do some more research and find a better site builder than the yahoo one. You want to look more professional. Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear. Good luck

OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS TO BE YOUR ENGINEERING FIRM OF CHOICE BY PROVIDING SUPERIOR SERVICE AND DESIGN. WE NOT ONLY SHOW GREAT PRIDE AND QUALITY IN OUR DESIGN, BUT WE BELIEVE THAT SERVICE IS THE MAIN PRIORITY FOR OUR CLIENTS. look up the word 'sophomoric." those words you have written say nothing. --you need to sell yourself with specifics. if you have none, just indicate exactly what you do and your ideal type of client blue text on a blue background makes for hard reading the things on the left are pictures; not icons the red on dark blue does not work does your firm have "company colors?" Use them. why did your boss not hire a professional firm to do this? [no offense intended]
