I 'm From Sri Lanka ,How Can I make payment Without Visa Bank Refuse to send dollars?
I went to several banks of Sri Lanka to Pay the processing Fee, but all banks are not redy to accept my payment they want me to show the Visa and other recognized Document.How can I make my payment to Zonal Office to process my application.

confused are you in the states and want to transfer funds ot sri lanka -- if so go to western union and use a money gram!!!
