The must for advertising products/services is to first and foremost BUILD THE BUZZ. It's like starting a fire, you have to strike the match first. Of course there are unlimited ways to build a buzz here in the internet but I think the most effective way is (as what companies always use) to use bloggers as the advertising tools. You can sign up for an advertiser account at blogvertise (www ... ). They have an army of bloggers ready for your tasks and the advertiser interface is great. I suggest that you find through blogs that would be relevant to your job board (the advertiser account feature will make this real easy). In this way, your advertisement is well targeted to your niche and hopefully it can attract sponsors and advertisers alike. Good luck, I hope your job board company will turn successful.
