Entrepreneur looking to Start Web Syndication Website?

I'm a young entrepreneur I'm looking to start up a web syndication website. Like youtube , or hulu.com I'm currently developing the idea and business plan/model. My main question is how can I host video's , media and other content? What would I need?

Considering YouTube spends 1 million dollars a day just for bandwidth, I'd reconsider your business model. willy ... Unless you have some of Google's Money.....
