Any ideas for special offers?

I am working for conferencing company and we have really low rates already, no minimums, hidden fees, or contracts...I have to come up with special offer like: 10,000 free minutes the first month, free web services for 3 months etc...I've exhausted a lot of my ideas and need some fresh, new ones!! Does anyone have some suggestions?! What you would you like out of a special offer for conferencing? Thanks in advance!! :)
