What is going on with Capital One Canada (both website and call center down)?
The website is down again. "The system is currently unavailable. Please contact customer service." But now I cant even call customer service. Long pauses between prompts and then redirected to a call center. "Experiencing high volume of calls, approx 10min wait...... Sorry experiencing technical difficulties.... *click*.... *beep* *beep* *beep*".

they're still not up and running. I can't log in to my credit card account to pay my bill. It's been like this for days, and I can't get a response from them any way i try.
