Question
How can I find Off-Market Class A commercial real estate for sale in Washington,DC?
I have secured a major european buyer who is interested in purchasing Class A Office Buildings here in DC. Unfortunately none of the major commercial brokers are willing to co-broker with me, and most will not return my calls or emails. I assured all of them that I can supply certified financial statements, a brief biography of the buyer and whatever else they need. Seems no one is interested in my offer, even now during the financial crisis. So I need help, I need to find off-market buildings for my client to buy.

You can register yourself and buyer at www.offmarketcommercial.com and see if they have anything that they know of for sale thats not listed. But like the previous answer stated there are alot of scams out there and daisy chain Realtors. To avoid that situation you will have to disclose your buyer after signing a NCND from offmarket. That way you and your buyer are protected and potential sellers know that you are for real.

Based upon your limited descriptions, I can see why you aren't getting any help. It has scam written all over it. This is how a typical scam works. You have an unidentified buyer that will buy the building. There is an unstated intention (of the buyer) of not paying for it but somehow reselling it and taking the profit. You are not a commercial real estate agent, that's raises a big concern. Why doesn't your 'buyer' contact an experience agent in his country and let him handle the negotiations with DC commercial agents?
