If anyone has seen the documentary Dot Con on PBS, I would really appreciate it if you can perhaps answer the question below. --Who lost and who won in the video “Dot Con”. More specifically what group(s) of people did very poorly and what group(s) of people did well as a result of the IPO market bubble in the late 1990’s.
