What is your dream company?
This question is for not-so-geek guys; who have been above average through out their academic life. Which would be the company that you feel on joining would change your life and make you the ONE, which you have never been because it seemed as if the number two spots as been made only for you. I require fresh graduated (good if from INDIA) who have done their engineering degree from Information Technology or Computer Science. Guys in the IT sector who still seek the dream to get into their dream companies may also reply. Please folks at once just don't say MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, YAHOO, IBM; it hurts you know; I asked for average guys who think their mentally was hardwired for this company. I would choose SAP Labs, because of their innovative nature and also because, I like the type of software they make - ERP. But my heart always tells me to be part of start-ups, the degree of freedom available there is much more than any so-called MNC. BTW - You shouldn't put in conditions like "for average guys" - very few will consider themselves to belong to that category and by putting that, there is no guarantee that those who answer perfectly fit into your definition. :-)
