I started working in this supermarket in July 2008 as Home and Health Manager?

They are unable to put me on system because in 2002 my roommate had used my id and was working under my name and Insurance Number in the same company and when he left the company the branc did not put him as leaver and now this has caused me the stress, the branch cannot help me because the headoffice is refusing to put me on system they keep saying my name is still on system flying around and they cant have 2 names under the same details. so my branch asked me to go to citizen advice bureau and find out if i could change my national insurance number. In my area where i live (Northolt) Advice centers dont exist as they've been closed down for some reason and i have to go to another area and for that i need to make appointment and take day off from work. My company is paying me cash as wage advance form and takes back a cheque from me so when i am on system then they can cash the cheque once i get paid by head office. This is ruining my credit history and any benefit i may be entitled to from company. Any idea what should i do.
