How to start a business case study?

I was given a business case in hotel management to study. There's some problems with its operation, and the given information is about every aspect, like the key personnel, operating cost, market demand, IT system, human resource, customer service and so on. With all the information, I don't know where to start and how to present the suggestions or solutions in a logic sequence. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
