Question
Aarons rent to own question?
Ive heard from a few people that Rent a Center charges "early payment fees"? i was wondering if Aaron's does the same thing. I know if i were to follow the payment plan id end up paying double for something in the long run...so i know this. That's why im asking...does Aaron's charge you for paying off an item (ie LCD TV) earlier than the contract states?

These rent to own places are parasites - they totally rip people off by disguising a huge amount of interest as a "rental". It is no mistake that they are commonly in the same mall as payday lenders. Do yourself a favor. Save up the money and buy the TV outright. It won't take as long as you think. Plus, one thing a lot of people don't know is that if you take a line of credit out with one of these agencies, it is reported on your credit report, and makes you look like a risky borrower to other lenders. In answer to your specific question, you have to look at the contract and better yet, put your answer in writing with a specific example. For example, ask them "If I prepay this contract by paying $50 per week instead of $25 per week, will the total cost be less than the $25 per week plan." If they answer no, then you know what their underlying contract rules are.
