your have restaurant!!Do you need to pay money for music????????????????????????????

THIS is my mom's restaurant and one company send the letter to us. said "in my restaurant I play the music, and I have to pay 100$ for then company every years. SO, My question is!! Is that ture??? Do I need pay this money??? and We late for 8 moth, they said we don't pay money is going to call dun company said that we owe they money!!!!!??? pleace~ HELP!!!!!
