Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act HIPAA
What is (HIPAA) Insurance Portability and Accountability Act?
Question
I have a health insurance question.
I am planning to apply for the HIPAA plan (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and it comes with a $25 co-pay and $2,500 per year annually. How would I figure out the monthly payments (this is the only medical insurance that's available to me)?

I don't think you've provided enough information. What is "$2,500 per year annually'? Is this how much you have to pay for the premium? If it is, that's $208.33 per month. It would appear that you have to pay $25 when you see a doctor but whether that covers specialists is not clear.
