Ebay. Confirm payment

I bought an item from ebay around 10 days ago and didnt recieve any emails from them. Usually when i buy something paypal sends me an email that i have succesfully bought the item but this time i didnt get an email. When you buy an item there are two "confirm payment" things i mightve clicked the wrong one does that matter? and does anybody know what i should do i emailed the guy like 2 times.. (1 from my email then i thought his spam filter is blocking it so i emailed from ebay). Help would be appreciated. Thanks Oh and the money has been taken from my credit card so i dont know what to do.
