Question
If I want to sell Organic Homemade dog food from home, do I need a health permit to make it?
I'm not sure If I need a health permit if it's not intended for human consumption. If you don't know, any ideas where I could find out?

What a question? Calling an independent Vet would be your best way to start. Tell them what you want to do and ask for advice on who they can direct you to. Say something like "someone i know wants to make dog food from home...is it allowed" To make sure the pet is not harmed they will give practical advice
