How hard is it to buy a home through CENTEX?
How hard is it to purchase a home and finance it through Centex? I mean as far as qualifying, and credit scores. Also, has anyone purchased through their $0 Down Payment program? Any and all information is appreciated! Legacy Park in Casselberry Florida

Centex doesnt provide you the financing for a loan, they use either Fannie Mae or FHA to provide financing. Centex will lend to anyone who qualifies for Fannie or FHA. The only 100% financing program available at this time is through FHA and non profit organization. The way it works is the lender agrees to give this "non profit" 3% of the purchase price + a processing fee at the time of closing, FHA provides you 97% financing making it 100% financing. Its basically a way around the system but they are trying to close all of these companies so hurry up if you want to buy.
