Ebay sellers?

I've seen a lot of ebay sellers with low prices on certain items.. They sell them repetitively.. How do they do that? do they buy the same item in big quantities?do they pay less for it? where do they buy big quantities at lower prices? really???maybe that is not what I'm asking?? I'm talking about people who sells the same item to different people...look at the feedback and you will see they sell the same item to different customers
