What comes first- Business License or name Trademark?
I am opening a small business and was wondering which of the two I should get first. Thanks! PS) ANY small business opening advice is welcome!

Name trademark first - specifically if it's important to your corporate/business identity; business license second. Small business opening advice: make sure you have a plan (doesn't have to be 30 pages - 3 to 5 pages is fine to start with). The purpose of the plan is to keep you focused on your goals and objectives. Make sure you put measurements in place to track (and help you celebrate) your successes and manage areas of weakness.
