As an Engineer company, do we have to provide a W-9 to contractors?
They have only paid us this year 2008 $100 for some prints that were for a bid job.

If you are a corporation - not really - of you are a proprietorship - yes - if you go over $600 in receipts from them in a calendar year, they have to give you a 1099
