Question
Would it be legal for a business to buy a wii and charge people for playing it?
I'm making a business plan, and I was wondering I was thinking of opening a kind of teen center thing, and in one room I could have a whole bunch of game consoles (wii, xbox, playstation, etc) and I would charge people for going into the room, but they could play with the games for however long. Would that be legal?

Yeap. You got it. Don't charge to play THE GAME. Charge for being INSIDE THE ROOM where the game is. =) Loopholes are awesome. Look at your city laws and find out if you can deduct your energy costs, too.

Yes, of course it would be legal. That's exactly what an arcade does -- it owns games and charges people to play them. Don't forget to include the cost of plenty of theft and breakage insurance in your business plan!

I am sure it would be legal. I doubt if the equipment would last long though; it's not designed for commercial use. In fact that probably invalidates any guarantee.
