I want to create my own webpage any advice? Please read below.?

I need as much help and research as I can get. I've decided to start an online business. I figure it will be a self-empowerment. The content will contain health and wellness; motivational tips, writing tips, self-care; my personal selection of poetry, music, and perhaps start my own online counseling service. I found without a home and family to support me. I would like to either recieve donations for my services or payment. I haven't decided. I would love for someone to point me to the right direction. The technicalities and tax information if i were to recieve funds from donations or services I may hold. This is just an idea I came up with today. So, I am grateful. Oh, and a free website service until I am able to afford a better one. I am working from ground zero so I have absolutely no funds.
