i opened a teen clothing recently. to my help i want to know about setting a store on ebay and what license and permits you need. and how do you secure your name logo and trademark?

You do not need any liscences to operate an ebay store and if you are wanting to trademark your logo (keep in mind that it is expensive) you can look online with the federal trademark office.
