Bill me later doesn't necessarily mean that you have to pay by credit card. They are likely to literally bill you by sending a bill to your mailing address. Just send them a secure method of payment, money order/draft or postal money order. If not, ask your parents to use their credit card and just give them the money.

try applying for a credit card with your bank and start to build up credit by purchasing things that you can afford and paying it off completely before they even send you a statement.
