How do I get a certified copy from the CA Secretary of State?

I need a certified copy of the form statement of information that I had filed for my limited liability company. I've tried contacting them at their 619- number and I cannot get a hold of a live person. I already tried for the past hour. What can I do? How do I get a hold of a live person? I 've already contacted the regional office who cannot help.
