farmer's market what kind of licence is needed?
where would i go to get the licence.....

As long as you are selling what you grow you do not need any licensing for a farmers market in most states. For all regulations, contact the state dept of agriculture via your cooperative county extension office. It is the Dept of Agriculture that sets the regulations for farmers markets, though county health departments also have a say if you are selling pre-cooked things like jams, bread, cakes, etc..

Been selling food at farmers market in Ohio and Indiana for over 14 years. I have also helped to create several FM's in Ohio

Contact the local health department or your Secretary of State. If they don't provide the licence, they should be able to direct you to the right department.
