If you have a beach or anything remotely like a beach nearby (wherever people are hanging around in the sun intentionally, basically), then you could try to work something out with canteens and food stands nearby.

This will be more difficult than you think. Typically tanning lotions sold in tanning salons are expensive because they work better, and your customers don't mind paying extra money because they are obviously "into their tan". The other people who don't use tanning salons are typically content with the stuff you buy at a grocery store, and probably around going to want to pay $40 per bottle to lay out in the lawn in their rusty lawn chair. Selling online will be difficult because unless you have a proprietary product, someone is probably buying and selling the same lotions for less than you can on a big site like ebay or craigslist. Honestly, your best bet would be to find someone like a high school student sell it for you and don't pay them hourly, but pay them $5 to $10 per bottle that they sell. Find someone motivated, and maybe it'll work out. That is until they cut you out of the equation :-)
