The government does not fund this type of business. Unlike the myths that some perpetuate, federal government and even private foundations hardly give grant money for starting a for-profit business. One possible exception is for companies developing or exporting agricultural goods, including food and forest product. Go to your local government official's office and take him out for a few drinks. One of those places with the stage, brass pole and "dancers" will do. Get him, or her, all liquored up and then pop your proposal and show him/her some prototype photos and stuff. That should loosen the purse strings a little.

Turn it into a Head Start program and you can get gov't funds. And you can hire some ex-strippers or something so that people enjoy even dropping their kids off! Strippers have a lot of love to give.
