Cheap business telephone system required for a charity?
I work for a charity and we need to purchase a telephone system that will: * tell us how many people are trying to get through (callers on hold) * how many people tried but gave up * how long we spend on each phone call * be able to set up an 'options' service i.e. press 1 to go to x department or 2 to go to Y department * that we could set up an automatic redirect so that if operator 1 is busy it will go to operator 2, 3, 4 etc (all the way to the CEO if needs be) Thanks - there are many systems out there but I feel overwhelmed by all the options so any advice would be gratefully received.
