How do you develop an idea?
I've had an idea for a product for a couple of years now. I'm in the process of developing a prototype. Now what? Is a patent attorney the next step? I've heard that they are a waste of money.

no brainer; biz plan. find a template and fill it in. There is no reason to bring in an atty yet till you find there is a great market for the product. I am available to give you limited free help
