What's the best way to find people selling items on eBay that lives near me?. *Other questions below*?

I know that you can customize your search results to categorize them by distance but is there anyway to search for nothing particular & still categorize the listings by distance.I also want to start an eBay business.A business where local people can bring products into my store & I will post the products on to eBay.Then after the product or products sales I would get my commission which depends on how much the products sold for.There is not a store like that nowhere near our town.If you might know of someone that has one or if you have a store like that which you please e-mail me & maybe give me some suggestions on the products I need to start out with.I'm also looking for someone to help me along the way.I need someone who really knows what they're doing & since it will probably take a while to pick up my business I was wondering if there is a website where I can purchase wholesale items for a reasonable price & products that will be easy to sell on eBay.quad.mom.2005 at Hotmail.com
