is it possible to set up a bank account with a large number of access cards ?

I am setting up a company and want to know if it is possible to set up a company bank acccount and give a large number of employees access to the account. Because there are so many of them, is it possible to have there cards work only when givin arthority, ability to turn them on and off vier a website ? security would be an issue when doing this so i just wanted to work out a system that would enable me to control withdrawls thanks guys

You can set up a business account with cards limiting thier use like not allowing them a pin to withdraw money, so they can only use credit , allowing you to monitor where and how the funds are being used as it will show up details on your statement. They should also keep receipts and dockets of any transactions to hand in. To enable or disable the card you would have to contact the financial institution or card provider, which is a hassel everytime. you should have a contract with them with terms and conditions of card usage so they don't take advantage of it.
