Question
What is the fiduciary duty of an external company secretary other than to ensure statutory compliance?
What I mean is that if the external company secretary reveals confidential information (not available in the public domain) to third parties, is that a breach of his/her fiduciary duties to the company (even though he/she is not an employee and is an external service provider to the company)?

Conveyance of confidence is always hated everywhere. It then will not be good to convey confidential information to a third party by any way.
