im 15 ,in western australia ,australia and want a card that you put money on and then you can only spend the?
money you have got , its called a debt card i think whats a good 1 ?

I think you have two options first one is you can open up a normal student bank account at any bank and get a Bank card. Option two is to get a VISA debit card from ANZ because they give some special offfer for students. The problem with Bank card is you are limited only to use in ATMS and EFTPOS at shops however you wont be charged any fees when you use with in the banking system. The problem with VISA debit is you have to pay a nominal monthly fee around 3 dollars per month and for your age i dont think you can get one. With Visa debit you can use it for internet shopping and stuff.
