Day Spa Manager Salary, meeting is tomorrow?

I have a meeting tomorrow with a man who owns several business, one of which is a day spa that is currently vacant - all equipment is there, but nothing is being done with it. I have a ton of business experience and a full business plan for a type of day spa. I'm not willing to give him my business plan, but I am willing to create a business for him if he will pay me a decent salary. I am his only option - if he doesn't hire me to do it, he is going to start working on it himself because he is getting that frustrated. I come from the business world and I know what I want / need to be making - but I have no idea what salary a position of this sort should command (This is in CA) and I don't want to shock him with too high of a weekly requirement. (I know what I plan to ask for, I just want a few unbiased perspectives so I'm not going to disclose) The meeting was just set a few hours ago - it's not like I lagged on doing research for this. Thanks all - the meeting turned out to be a complete waste of time... guy didn't want to hire me to run, tried to sell it to me instead... sigh, $20 in gas gone.
