Where do I start in setting up a new business?
Hi I plan to startup a local recruitment agency to match people with jobs and have had some initial advice from Business Link. I believe my unique selling point will be a high level of customer satisfaction though my rates will need to be competitive. Apart from asking an existing agency who will almost certainly not divulge how to set up a competitor (!), where can I go for info on how to establish a database of clients looking for work and prospective employers?
