How do you get into a limited liability company?
I know I asked the other day how to get out of one, but I mis heard the person who wanted to know. He owns a small trucking company and he wants to know how to get into a Limited Liability Company to protect himself against anything happening. Any answers are greatly appreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, he would have to create a LLC for his business. There are companies that will help to create it, such as....www.mycorporation.com
