i'm trying to come up with some evaluation questions for a small service oriented business to ask their customers (about their performance). so far i only have 1 or 2 which asks about the length of time they have to wait before getting the work started and the quality of the work done. i need about 10 more..any help would be greatly appreciated. thx in advanced.
